About the role
We're looking to add a contract Paid Search Specialist to our marketing team to assist in managing our paid search programs. This position will play a critical role in contributing to pipeline growth. This role will be responsible for executing on delegated work and optimization for our Search, YouTube, Pmax, and Demand Gen programs.This is a fully remote contract role, with a commitment of 15-20 hours per week.
You will
- Contribute to the execution and optimization of Paid Search campaigns to drive leads and pipeline
- Monitor account performance and execute on strategic adjustments, collaborating with and reporting to our Senior Digital Marketing Manager: Search
You have
- 3+ years managing paid search programs
- Expertise in running B2B campaigns in Google & Microsoft Ads (via search, Pmax, and YouTube)
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and Excel
- In-depth knowledge of audience targeting, remarketing, keyword strategies, and conversion tracking
- Awareness of industry trends, including AI-powered search and PPC innovations
- Track record of strong executional skills & efficiency
- Straight shooter when it comes to written and verbal communication style
- Proactive, self-motivated team player who is committed to helping the company grow
