Novaspect, Inc., an Emerson Impact Partner, the global leader of automation systems and solutions, is currently offering an opportunity for a Receptionist to join our fast-paced, customer-oriented team. The successful candidate will perform various administrative functions.
Receptionist Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate phone and in-person reception
- Order catering across all office locations
- Take stock of office supplies, restock, and work with purchasing to ensure office supplies are managed across all office locations
- Support facilities with purchase orders, invoicing, and facility management coordination
- Distribute mail
- Work with Shipping and Receiving to send and communicate received mail and packages to appropriate contacts
- Work with Account Support Administrator team to review and route product and service purchase orders, request for quotes, and other customer generated cases
- Provide support via live chat
- Support general administrative duties and other duties as required
Requirements
Receptionist Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent data entry skills
- High computer application literacy
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft 365 products preferred
Receptionist Additional Requirements:
- Ability to manage time well and handle multiple priorities and maintain accuracy
- Quickly embraces, learns and applies new technology and/or procedures
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Professionalism
- Ability to prioritize and follow-up with minimal direction
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Receptionist Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work extended hours on a computer
Receptionist Pay:
- Hourly Rate Range: $21.50-$24.00
