We support employers that need to develop last mile labor quickly and consistently.</div><div><br></div><p dir="ltr"><strong>About You</strong></p><p dir="ltr">Turn is seeking an ambitious and diligent Financial Analyst to perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking, as well as analyze financial data and assist in building financial models.</p><p dir="ltr">This role will report to the CEO to support all finance and accounting functions.

Core to the role is strong accounting fundamentals, organization, and communication skills.</p><p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Working alongside accounting personnel during the monthly close process to ensure the preparation and reporting of timely and accurate financial results.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Developing dashboards that provide a clear view of the business by visually translating complex data into actionable insights</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Preparing rolling budgets and forecasts and variance analysis of actuals vs.

budget</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Analyzing financial data and preparing reports with insights, trends and recommended actions&nbsp;</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Assisting with investor reporting and other ad-hoc reporting needs</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Assisting with developing and maintaining financial models</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">3+ years of finance experience, preferably in VC-backed or technology companies</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field required; CPA or MBA is a plus</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Mastery of financial statements and accounting principles</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Advanced proficiency in MS Office &amp; Google Business software, experience with data visualization tools preferred</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">High degree of accuracy and attention to detail</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience with forecasting, budgeting, data analysis and interpretation</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong organizational skills</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Major bonus points for hands-on experience with: QBO, Netsuite, or SQL&nbsp;</p></li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Perks/Comp</strong></div><ul><li>Competitive salary (based on experience)</li><li>Major medical health insurance</li><li>Remote work</li></ul><div><br></div><div>This role can be remote (anywhere in the continental United States) but the company operates under the Central Time Zone (CST).</div><div><br></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><em>Turn is an Equal Opportunity employer.
