The Job Details
Our success is driven by exceptional talent; as Logiwa’s Senior Technical Recruiter, you will help us attract, hire, and retain top engineering and technical talent globally. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, working closely with hiring managers to source, engage, and hire high-caliber candidates. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our talent acquisition strategy and continue growing a collaborative and high-performing culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Partner with engineering, product and customer support leaders to understand hiring needs and build tailored sourcing strategies
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques, including direct outreach, networking, and leveraging recruitment tools
- Screen, assess, and guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team to improve employer branding and enhance recruitment best practices
- Track and analyze key hiring metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and quality
- Stay updated on hiring trends and market intelligence to refine talent acquisition strategies
You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or tech company
- Proven track record of successfully hiring engineers, developers, and other technical roles
- Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, market trends, and recruitment tools
- Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment on a global team
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics

Location & Working Model
We are working in a full remote model. We have physical offices in İstanbul(Ataşehir Nidakule Kolektif House) where team members can get together and work collaboratively on a volunteer basis.
