We are growing, and while lean is great, we need more people, energy, innovation and talent.Right now, we are adding a Client Sales Account Executive to the team.You will serve as the subject matter expert for Tulip customer sales cycles. This is a fast-paced, highly-visible, client-facing role that provides the opportunity to use a versatile set of skills and make a big impact on the future of Tulip Retail.What You'll Do:

  • Drive the existing client sales process from identification of upsell opportunities to the close of business while communicating a client-specific value proposition and gaining the confidence of the client’s senior operating executives.
  • Own the customer renewal process driving for increased contract value
  • Understand a retail or brand merchant’s store, digital marketing, and IT organization while being able to articulate solution recommendations in a retail industry-focused language.
  • Execute a client sales process that moves a customer through the traditional software sales cycle
  • Developing tailored value propositions and compelling reasons for the customer to select Tulip solutions.
  • Manage multiple sales cycles to ensure over achievement of quota
  • Networking with existing customer and partner relationships

What you bring:

  • 5+ years previous enterprise SaaS experience in a sales role with demonstrated success in closing large complex deals
  • Prior experience selling software to retail or retail domain knowledge is a must for this role.
  • Proven customer relationship building skills and an executive presence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present complex concepts in an organized and articulate manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small yet high performance team.
