You will have a deep understanding of paid search, social media strategies and trends, as well as experience with various tools and platforms. You will actively collaborate with the content, web, product, and RevOps teams to build and launch demand-generation campaigns. Responsibilities:1. Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, social media advertising, and potentially other relevant channels.
- Manage campaign budgets, monitor performance, and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Implement A/B testing to continuously improve ad creative, landing pages, and overall campaign performance.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign performance using relevant analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics).
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
3. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Work closely with content creators and designers to develop compelling ad creatives.
- Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends in paid media.
4. Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Develop and manage paid media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Forecast campaign performance and provide accurate projections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in paid media roles, with a strong focus on Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and best practices.
- Extensive knowledge of paid search principles, best practices, and bidding strategies.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant paid media platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Google Ads certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot is a plus.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and Webflow is a plus.
- Inbound Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Google Analytics certifications are a plus.
