Skills & Experience requisites :
- Graduate / Post graduate with 8+yrs of exp, with at least 2yrs as a Team Lead or Manager for In-house collection agents
- Pan india exp preferred
- Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal).
- Prior experience with Tele Collections for credit / loans, preferably unsecured loan products.
- Prior CRM integration & experience
- Prior experience managing in-house calling teams handling loan recall / reconciliation calls
- Proven skill in negotiation
- Prior experience in collections lifecycle to configure collection comms.
