Inbound Sales Development Representative
We are looking for a junior inbound sales associate who will bring results orientation, discipline, organization, and work structure in CRM, along with a high level of adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve, qualify and close opportunities from Inbound leads that come from digital platforms, marketing campaigns, calls or direct requests.
- Negotiate basic terms with small and medium-sized clients and close the largest number of them
- Manage a massive portfolio of accounts and be able to prioritize the largest companies
- Reach out to potential customers in bulk through CRM email sequences, WhatsApp campaigns and cold calling.
- Utilizing CRM tools for effective lead management (reports, sequences, templates)
- Collaborating with the rest of the sales team for cohesive efforts.
Technical Skills
- English intermediate required (at least)
- Proficiency in CRM systems for effective lead management (Hubspot is desirable)
- Expertise in lead management and nurturing through campaigns and massive automations
- Ability to generate and analyze sales reports for informed decision-making.
- 2 years of experience in Sales as SDR or Sales associate
