They tend to focus on one or more areas of IT support, such as information security, database administration, or server maintenance.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:· Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues· Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning· Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate backup and recovery procedures· Provide technical support to end-users· Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, maintenance procedures, and user support requests· Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure system compatibility and interoperability· Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in ITEducation & Experience· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field· 3-5 years of proven experience as an IT Staff or similar role · Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems· Experience with Windows· Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills· Ability to work independently and as part of a team· Extensive knowledge in Networking· Has background/knowledge with SOPHOS / Firewall· Has background/knowledge with JIRA, UniFi or similar toolsClosing from MIW/INT - All locationsDisclaimer:This information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this role.
