First Orion's Growth Marketing team is looking for an enthusiastic intern to support our digital efforts, including website updates, content creation, email marketing, and marketing automation.
You’ll get hands-on experience using HubSpot, WordPress, and Google Analytics. The goal is for you to learn practical skills, contribute directly to projects, and see firsthand how marketing drives business growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Audit the website for basic SEO tasks like keyword tagging, metadata updates, and optimizing page structure.
- Support email campaign setup, scheduling, and deployment in HubSpot.
- Manage email lists, including segmentation and routine database clean-up.
- Map basic customer journeys and identify areas for optimization by leveraging analytics tools including Google Analytics and Hotjar.
- Collect and summarize email analytics such as open rates, clicks, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for feedback loops on digital interactions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for upcoming marketing initiatives.
- Support various special projects within the Growth Marketing team.
What We're Looking For:
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related area.
- A basic grasp of digital marketing principles and eagerness to learn more.
- Comfortable learning digital tools.
- Strong communication skills, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage your time effectively.
- Must be willing to work a minimum of 15 hours per week and be available to work from our North Little Rock office.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, or similar is a bonus but not required.
