We are looking for an exceptional

Creative Lead, New Product Development


to join our in-house creative team, leading a “pod” of talented creative specialists and owning the visual identity of new product launches for Infinite Commerce. In this role, you’llbe responsible formanaging the design and creation of packaging and creative content related to new products across all online channels, with a significant focus on Amazon.You’ll oversee packaging and product design for physical products, art direct photo/video assets, provide direction for copywriting, and implement brand guidelines and templates to develop channel assets for our rapidly expanding product assortment.

You’ll be supported by several Graphic Designers, who you will coach, mentor, and manage, and who will support you in executingpackaging and channel assets, and you will report directly to the Creative Director.

Responsibilities:


  • Partner directly with our New Product Development and Product Launch teams to develop creative assets that support our rapidly expanding brand and product assortment. 

  • Own, maintain, and advance the creative fornew product launches on Amazon and other growth marketplaces like Target, Walmart, Michael’s, and more.

  • Work closely with the Creative Director to create and evolve branding and visual identity for new and existing brands.

  • Design and oversee creation of packaging and printed materials for physical products, ensuring alignment with different brand guidelines and market trends, and adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.

  • Develop assets across a variety of digital mediums, including Amazon and other marketplace listings.

  • Define brand guidelines and drive brand consistency across the greater organization.

  • Coach, mentor, and manage a team of creative direct reports—including a range of professional backgrounds and specializations.

  • Give creative feedback and ensure that the team is always delivering high-quality and strategically sound creative work.

  • Manage both onshore and offshore freelance resources.

  • Provide guidance for the creation of photo, video, and copy assets related to launching a new product.

  • Work closely with the CreativeProject Manager to delegate tasks, prioritize bandwidth of direct reports, and assign resources.

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience of senior level graphic design and/or art direction in an in-house or agency environment, CPG experience a plus (portfolio required, with creative work for which you were primarily responsible, work samples showing generative AI considered a plus)

  • Proven experience with packaging design processes, including dielines, production specifications and material considerations.

  • Expert knowledge of e-commerce merchandising best practices

  • Experience in managing and optimizing creative assets for Amazon, including a deep understanding of Amazon’s Terms of Service,and best practices.

  • Expert understanding of design principles and best practice creative processes.

  • Able to quickly grasp visual brand identity and voice, with an ability to push into new visual territory while staying within brand guidelines.

  • Proven experience leading and coaching creative teams as a manager-doer, both leading a team and getting hands-on to carry out design tasks.

  • Highly collaborative, and able to give and receive feedback and adapt designs and approaches accordingly.

  • Able to juggle competing priorities and autonomously manage workload in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excited to be part of a rapidly growing catalog, helping to define and elevate the identity of our high-growth brands.

  • Bachelor’s degree, technical coursework, or equivalent working experience.

  • Technical/program expertise: Adobe creative suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Firefly Generative AI) and Figma

  • Experience with and a willingness to embrace generative AI as part of the creative process.

  • Experience with CMS, DAMs, illustration, photo retouching/manipulationand/or copywriting considered a plus.

ANTICIPATED HIRING RANGE: ₱ 820,728.48 - ₱ 1,025,910.60 PHP Annually
