What you will be doing:The Financial Systems Analyst is a key resource in managing and optimizing the Workday Adaptive Planning tool while providing critical financial analysis and reporting support.
This dual-focus role combines technical system administration responsibilities with financial modeling, reporting, and data-driven insights in a high-growth SaaS environment.Financial Systems Administration
- Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Workday Adaptive Planning:
- Manage user accounts, security roles, and permissions for teams across Canada, the US, and Europe.
- Maintain key system dimensions, including employee data, GL accounts, customer groupings, and vendor tags.
- Support integrations and data mapping between Adaptive Planning and Oracle NetSuite, ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports using Adaptive Web Reporting and OfficeConnect tools.
- Manage budget and forecast versions, including version control and alignment with board-approved figures.
- Configure and maintain global financial assumptions (e.g., FX rates, compensation assumptions, merit increases).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution related to Adaptive Planning.

What you’ll bring to this role:
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role, with exposure to SaaS metrics (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar financial planning tools is strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite, BI tools, or dashboard/reporting platforms is an asset.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Certifications: Workday Adaptive Planning certification or equivalent training is a plus.
