What you’ll do…

The embedded engineering intern reports to the Electrical Engineering Manager. The intern will be assigned projects/tasks for embedded systems on the Engineering project portfolio.

You’ll make an impact by:

· Develop and understanding of the Enchanted Rock generators set and microgrids.· Understand schematics, wiring diagrams, analyze complex problems to identify root cause and develop innovative solutions under guidance from senior team members.· Work across disciplines with mechanical engineers, controls and field personnel as required.· Instrumentation, testing, data gathering/analysis, and field support of generator units in the fleet.· Communicate with suppliers regarding component specifications and design. · Attention to safety and its critical importance in the work environment.· Other tasks as identified by senior team members.Requirements

What you’ll need:

· Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET recognized program.
