Implementation SpecialistStarting base salary $45,500 - $60,500 CAD*Plus Bonus, Equity & Benefits*Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range reflects the typicalrange for new hire salaries, it does not reflect the maximum salary for the role over time. Individual pay offersaredetermined by job-related skills and experience demonstrated during the interview process. Implementation Specialists support multiple concurrent projects implementing and onboarding clients to our platform.

They work with other implementation and account team members establishing a positive relationship and enabling customer success by educating customers on what is needed for a successful implementation and launch.What you will be doing:

  • Participate in client-facing meetings to educate clients on platform functionality, and work with required client inputs over the course of the project.
  • Help prepare project artifacts, such as meeting notes, implementation documents, test documents, and handoff documents.
  • Set up and configure of solutions and portals in accordance with client requirements.
  • Perform quality assurance on projects.
  • Participate in regular project discussions with customers and project teams to review work plans, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to drive projects to completion.
  • Deliver client-facing training sessions, and update training materials as required(including documents, slide shows, videos, etc.)
  • Facilitate pre-launch assessment to determine launch readiness. Resolve platform issues according to client feedback to prepare the platform for launch
  • Collaborate with sales and solution consulting teams to inform project approaches.
  • Support the development of processes, documentation and tools that reduce the amount of time required deliver solutions.
  • Product Expertise- stay abreast of product changes or and keep relevant documentation.

What you’ll bring to this role:

  • MS office proficient, with advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, indexing, formulas, macros)
  • Experience with various coding languages (JSON, .LESS, html, SQL) and techlologies (API, SSO, JIT)
  • Experience implementing software for internal or external customers
  • Experience working for a SaaS software company.
  • Technical aptitude and proven attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with a record of building client relationships.
  • Increased hours during implementation peak times are occasionally required
  • Prior customer facing experience.
