Elliptic prides itself on enabling our customers to be at the cutting-edge of financial crime risk management and our internal processes need to be the same.You’ll be part of an Operations team building the foundations to automation and improve for the next phase of Elliptic’s growth. Working closely with stakeholders in Go-to-market operations and Business Intelligence you will help keep the data in order, undertake analysis and implement new processes under-pinning the Revenue org.
What you will do:
- Support company wide scaling journey by optimising commercial processes
- Support Revenue and Marketing Operations teams to identify, triage and strengthen processes throughout the customer lifecycle;
- Build reporting and undertake trend analysis to help Commercial teams stay informed and more reactive;
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Ensure we are hitting our goals through timely reporting and accurate data
- Own the end to end data flow to ensure that Revenue data is being stored and tracked appropriately through working with the Finance team to produce board reporting for the Revenue organisation.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales operations to implement new processes
- Ensure that Sales tooling is fit for purpose and implemented to maximise impact of the day to day activity of the Revenue org; and
- Keep everyone enabled by being admin of a suite of Revenue tools.

Our ideal candidate has:
- Comfortable doing analysis and using BI tools
- Experience working with Revenue organisations and Hubspot
- Experience with SaaS or high growth start ups.
