What you’ll do… 


Enchanted Rock is seeking an enthusiastic individual to assume Technical Project Management responsibilities supporting O&M improvement projects, O&M campaigns, and Operations repair planning. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and result oriented individual. The Project Manager should have excellent organizational skills to track and report, to both internal and external customers, on project progress, budget status, and expected completion dates in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be flexible and well-rounded individual who is self-motivated, detailed oriented, collaborative, has a breadth of technical understanding, and strong communication skills. 

You’ll make an impact by: 


· Develop the project scope(s) in-depth to schedule deliverables, estimate costs, and create execution plan and baselines. · Manage multiple development projects from conception to completion with focus on safety, efficiency, and speed. · Collaborate with a wide variety of cross functional areas such as Engineering, EPC, Operations, Sustaining Engineering, vendors, and Supply Chain to accomplish project objectives.· Lead development of schedules and ensure on-time delivery of projects using detailed schedule management process and tools. · Lead resolution of technical specifications and contract issues with suppliers and end-users. · Identifies risks in projects and applies techniques to assess and mitigate the risks using the help and support from project sponsors.

Participates in project risk reviews and appropriate mitigation planning. · Negotiate with vendors, subcontractors and internal customers on scope changes, cost adders, and any variance to the original project scope. Ability to work and succeed in a high degree of uncertainty and complex interactions.· Ensure the use of agile project management practices, tools, and methods to improve Enchanted Rock technical project execution. · Deliver concise, consistent, and timely communications within the team and the organization.· Additional responsibilities may be added at the direction of Company’s management.Requirements

What you’ll need:


· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)· 4+ plus years of experience and demonstrated success in project management of technology development projects. · Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work with all levels of management and resources allocated to technology development projects from across multiple business units. · Detail and process oriented to make sure there are no development project process escapes.· Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and demanding environment. · Exceptional time management skills; prioritization in managing multiple tasks.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if you:


· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.· Experience in leading new product/project development projects through stage gate process. · Experience implementing and driving Agile and Waterfall project management process improvements.
