We are passionate about what we do, we’re committed to driving business growth for our clients, and we’re on the hunt for people just like you, who take pride in their work and want to be part of a company that does too.Learn more about our St Pete location here!What We’re Looking ForQualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree - open to any fields of study- 5+ years of experience in leading marketing, sales or customer success teams or a similar Director role- Digital agency experience is a plus- Service, Digital Marketing, Technology, Tech Consulting, or Software Service Background- Experience managing and maintaining a highly engaged and motivated team- Proven ability to create processes that streamline operations- Proven track record and passion for client service, sales, and surpassing goals- Experience working with customers to resolve escalated client challenges at a Director levelQualities:- Self-managed with excellent follow-through and initiative to get things done- Strong people management skills- Energetic, “can-do” attitude and grit to work through obstacles and complex problem resolutions- Excellent team player who works collaboratively to support the overall success of the business - Creative problem solver- Clear, responsive communication style- Track record of strong communication and an investment in personal professional development- Eager to develop positive relationships internally and externally to exceed goals- Strong attention to detail and highly flexible to changing priorities- Strong understanding of business operations and marketing strategy- Commitment to gaining institutional knowledge and building relationships both internally and externally- Willingness to use institutional knowledge to cut red tape- Incredibly adaptable and ability to work both within and outside of normal processes when needed- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights to achieve business objectivesWhat You’ll DoReports To: VP of Internet MarketingKey Responsibilities:- Team Leadership and Coaching: Direct report for 2-4 assistant managers (we call them coaches), providing guidance, mentorship, and support to effectively oversee a team of ~40 indirect reports- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement- Demonstrate personal coaching capabilities by assimilating into a direct team initially, leading by example in team management and client interactions- Performance Management: Oversee team member performance, including performance escalations, reviews, and talent retention strategies- Develop creative solutions for upskilling and training to enhance team capabilities and drive results- Maintain a strong client service mindset, proactively identifying client needs and delivering innovative solutions- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), service metrics, and delivery across teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with teams to address client escalations and drive client-centric outcomes- Foster strong intra-departmental and inter-departmental communication to inform processes and drive results- Facilitate collaboration between teams and departments- Apply second and third-order thinking to anticipate challenges and opportunities, guiding teams towards strategic objectives- Measure success based on core metrics, including Client Retention, Client NPS, Upsells, Team Talent, eNPS, and Team Retention, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and FX valuesWhat You'll Get Opportunities for GrowthWebFX grew 250%+ over the past 3 years, and merit-based promotional opportunities are abundant for new family members who meet or exceed position performance metrics. Compensation is very competitive and commensurate with experience and will consist of both base and incentive pay.
