HR Business Partner

We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Global Services and C&C Team in our Lithuania office with global people strategy while providing best-in-class HR services. You will report to the Senior Manager, People and Talent and collaborate with a team of HR Business Partners globally. This role is hybrid and will be required to be in office 2-3 days per week. 
In this role, you will partner with central HR functions and support your client groups by using your coaching and organizational design skills to influence managers and implement HR business strategies that align with the business goals/OKRs.  In addition to working with the leadership teams, you will support People Managers through core HR processes (e.g., performance management, compensation planning), providing insightful analytics and recommending actions to clients, and partnering with other HR areas to develop HR solutions.

What You Will Do


  • Provide strategic HR Partnership with the reporting leaders' and Bazaarvoice's business priorities.
  • Partner with global HRBPs and other key stakeholders to drive business results through people programs. 
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support OKRs and enhance organizational performance.
  • Participate and support the creation and implementation of people programs, strategies and initiatives aligned to your function’s priorities.
  • Coach regional leadership through organizational issues, talent strategies, and leadership development.
  • Analyze people reports and datasets to make quality, data-driven talent recommendations and decisions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations issues, mediating conflict and providing guidance on disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Support the operationalization efforts with your manager population to embed changes (e.g. reset rituals, refine team goals, re-participate in 1:1s).
  • Support Business leaders in implementing talent management programs across the employee life cycle (e.g. Hiring, Engagement, Talent Review, Merit, Workforce Planning developing, retaining).
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure the hiring of top talent that aligns with BV’s culture and objectives.

Who You Are


  • 4-5 years of experience as an HRBP
  • HR experience with challenging responsibilities as a strategic partner working with global teams.
  • Experience partnering with regional leadership teams and partners to develop a culture of innovation and openness.
  • Collaborative approach across leadership teams, cross-functional partners, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional outcomes within dynamic, scaling companies of 1000 employees or more and revenue of $500M+.
  • Have an iterative approach and willingness to jump from strategy to development to change management to grow programs aimed at driving business outcomes.
  • Excellent business storytelling skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to translate "HR speak" and data insights into an accessible, influential narrative.
  • Business-first mindset with an ability to work at multiple levels of the HR stack; focused on strategic impact while being comfortable driving programs linked to clear outcomes.
  • Ability to travel as needed to offsite locations and other business meetings, a few times a year. 

€3,500 - €4,500 a monthEUR gross per month

We also take geography into consideration when we can but are not able to accommodate every location when determining our ranges. These considerations mean that compensation can vary.
