Position Summary: 


We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Manager, Technical Operations to lead our technical teams and drive organizational efficiency, operational excellence, and the successful delivery of complex projects. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining technical operations, enhancing productivity, and fostering innovation within the team. You will act as the key driver of technical strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maximizing the value delivered to stakeholders. 

What you will do: 


  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Technical Analyst, QA Analyst, and technical staff fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and support career development for team members.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance and architectural oversight to the team.
  • Drive the development of scalable, reliable, and secure systems and solutions.
  • Ensure the use of best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within defined timelines and budgets. Monitor and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders; communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations as needed.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends and identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and technology stacks.
  • Drive innovation within the team and contribute to the company’s strategic goals.
  • Other duties as assigned

Does this sound like you?


  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a technical position or similar role.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire technical teams while fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts.
  • Proficiency in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (Azure), Application Management, and security.
  • Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies, resource allocation, and using tools like Jira or Trello for efficient project delivery.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflows and productivity.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to develop scalable and innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional skills in bridging technical and non-technical teams, stakeholder management, and presenting complex ideas clearly.
  • Aligning IT strategies with business goals, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Flexibility to handle changing priorities and lead teams through technological or organizational transformations.
  • Commitment to staying updated with emerging technologies like AI/ML, IoT, and blockchain.
  • Strong relationship-building, team engagement, and fostering a collaborative work culture.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Certifications in Microsoft Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
