Supports key functions on the Logistics & Warehousing team. These functions include GDT Purchase Order and Customer-provided Receiving, Quality Control, Inventory Management, and Shipping. The focus is Order Management and acting as the key liaison between the team and all GDT internal customers (PMO/Sales/Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and Staging). This role will manage all orders to ensure they are processed accurately and within the established Service Level Agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in meetings with internal/external customers, vendors, and all levels of Leadership
- Order management of Ship ID’s; QC order lines, allocate, release orders, ensure orders are completed correctly, all completed in SAP EWM
- Manages carrier invoices to ensure costs are routed correctly
- Works with GDT Accounts Payable to resolve any Goods Receipt – Invoice Receipt issues
- Works with GDT Accounts Receivable to ensure all sales orders are billed correctly
- Manages the ServiceNow dashboard to ensure all internal customer requests are completed within the Logistics SLAs
- Uses SAP EWM reports to perform the following: audit warehouse storage bins, consolidate inventory, print QC picklists
- Manage quarterly and End of Year inventory audits; includes exporting SAP inventory reports and acting as the liaison between the external auditor, Accounting, and Logistics
- Ensures that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
- Develops processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to run reports within SAP, use excel to analyze data to improve operations
- Problem solving ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that arise in the day-to-day operations
- Ability to lead a continuous improvement project by using standard process improvement tools; lead from concept to implementation
- Customer service focused, ability to address internal customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Ability to adapt to change in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to indirectly lead a team of Warehouse team members; provide guidance and feedback as needed
- Must be able to write clear and effective policies and process documents
Preferred Requirements:
- Prior experience with SAP EWM or other large scale Warehouse Management System
- Familiar with troubleshooting RF devices in a distribution center environment
