Job Overview


:The Key Partner Manager I (NVR) is responsible for executing business goals and operational efficiency for Key Partners in the NVR channel. With a focus on driving revenue, managing ongoing operations, spearheading initiatives, and overseeing major projects, the Key Partner Manager collaborates across the organization to develop and execute programs fostering mutual success for Key Partners and Safe-Guard.

Job Responsibilities:


Program Management:


  • Assist the Key Partner Leader in creating medium- and long-term strategies to drive adoption and penetration of company products, services, and solutions that grow partner and company revenue.
  • Proactively manage and analyze program data and processes to identify issues that impede productivity, efficiency, quality, and service delivery.
  • Oversee daily operations, program workflows, and compliance adherence.
  • Implementing processes and initiatives across the organization that drive revenue and high-quality customer service experience and retention for Key Partners.
  • Reviewing and analyzing operational metrics, KPIs, reports, external data, and market trends to identify and create mutual opportunities for growth and customer retention.

Account Management for Non-Auto Business


  • Manage relationships with partners in the motorcycles, RVs, and marine sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and market share in these segments.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data specific to non-auto products and develop products/enhancements to current products to drive adoption.
  • Coordinate with marketing to tailor campaigns for non-auto products.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • Provide specialized training and support for non-auto product lines.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of non-auto business performance.

Dealer & Field Team Support:


  • Train Key Partner Shared Services Consultants responsible for dealer and field team support, in handling standard daily requests and escalations.
  • Ensure program materials and training modules (LMS) are current.

Marketing and Legal Coordination:


  • Review marketing materials and coordinate with the marketing team.
  • Update operational manuals and legal forms.
  • Draft formal letters and announcements.

Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs):


  • Collect data from internal departments and prepare cohesive QBR decks.
  • Schedule and run QBR meetings, including travel arrangements if necessary.
  • Capture and distribute meeting notes and action items.

Job Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Sales background preferred.
