  • Support Sales Conversations: Partner with Account Executives during discovery and demo calls to identify client needs and recommend strategic solutions.
  • Showcase Our Platform: Present in-depth demos of Kryterion’s Webassessor™ platform and services, including test development, delivery, security, and proctoring.
  • Design Custom Solutions: Translate client requirements into scalable, effective solutions based on testing goals, delivery models, and audience demographics.
  • Lead Technical Responses: Contribute to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals by providing technical insights and ensuring accurate, compelling content.
  • Enable Sales Success: Develop and maintain demo environments, technical documentation, and sales tools to help the team close deals effectively.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Guide clients on best practices for secure, high-stakes exam delivery, integration strategies, and technical setup.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product, Client Success, and Operations to ensure smooth handoffs and seamless implementation.

What You’ll BringRequired:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Account Management (SaaS or EdTech experience preferred)
  • Solid understanding of web-based technologies, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS environments
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex solutions in simple terms
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level sales cycles and managing technical client conversations
  • Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of the online testing, credentialing, or certification industries
  • Experience with proctoring tools, test development platforms, or LMS integrations
  • Familiarity with data security, identity protection, and privacy protocols in digital assessment environments
