We are looking for the person, not the resume. We are looking for the energy, not the number of years you have worked in a grow or grown in your closet. The interview process will start with the cultivation manager. If the fit is there, you will sit for a final interview with the head of operations and the owner. After that, it's off to the races.The pay for this position is $20 hourly. If you are some absurd killer who does the work of three people and believes you deserve more, then tell us why, and we can discuss it.Required Skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to changing processes and environments.
- Skilled in analyzing potential problems with a plant or the product being processed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must have accountability, proactive behavior, and strong attention to detail.
- Able to participate in company social events professionally and responsibly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Candidate must be at least 21 years of age.
