The Implementation Consultant delivers services to onboard SeatGeek clients to our products and features. Working with both new and existing clients, the Implementation Consultant owns the technical delivery of projects in line with the defined scope and solution.As an expert in the implementation of our products and features, the Implementation Consultant is responsible for workstreams or entire projects focused on setup, configuration, and change management. They consult with our clients and internal teams to ensure optimal usage and client satisfaction.

What you’ll do


  • Work collaboratively, constructively, and assertively with clients and internal teams to deliver implementation projects successfully and efficiently
  • Consult with clients to understand their requirements and align proposed solutions with their objectives
  • Lead and own workstreams or entire projects
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to initiatives focused on process improvement, efficiency, and client satisfaction
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our products and features as they evolve, and their applicability to client requirements
  • Support clients onsite as part of project deliveries and go-lives

What you have


  • At least 2+ years of ticketing industry experience (technology-related service delivery experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, able to tailor communications to varied audiences
  • Commitment to ownership and accountability, able to execute against a brief, navigate challenges, and push for optimal outcomes
  • Creative problem solving who can effectively digest problems and assess potential solutions, and execute those solutions
  • Comfort managing competing priorities while maintaining focus on delivery
  • Organization skills and conscientiousness in execution
  • Consultative approach, able to listen and interpret the needs of others, and lead towards solutions
  • Experience in consultation and requirements gathering
  • Deep knowledge of ticketing technology
  • Industry expertise, including an understanding of the needs and objectives of sports and entertainment-focused businesses

The salary range for this role is $81,000 - $117,000 USD.
