Full Time

Responsibilities:

Ensure the department is in compliance with federal and state regulations in respect to their rights and responsibilities are as a student loan borrower.
Identifying and presenting options to students including repayment plans, deferments, and forbearance as it relates to individual circumstances.
Working collaboratively across campus departments including Financial Aid Office, the Business Office, Career Services, and Student Services to present borrowers with a clear picture of their options regarding repayment.
Providing the highest level of service to all customers and other departments to facilitate a team environment and ensures the students receive the highest level of assistance and customer service.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining a positive and collaborative working relationship with federal student loan servicers.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED and one year of experience in field or related experience and/orTraining; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
