About the role


We’re looking for a Creative Sourcer to partner closely with our design and marketing recruiters, driving both outbound and referral talent efforts. In this role, you’ll lead in identifying, engaging, and inspiring top design and marketing talent to join our mission.

You will...


  • Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support both referrals and outbound sourcing strategies for creative roles across marketing functions and Design (Product Experience and Design Studio), including portfolio reviews to assess candidate quality and alignment.
  • Attend intake meetings with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop a clear understanding of open roles, including nuance in creative and marketing skills.
  • Create talent market maps, providing data-driven insights into the total addressable market to inform and evolve sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct recruiter screens, assess alignment, and share recommendations with hiring managers.
  • Build authentic relationships with passive talent through traditional channels (email, InMail) and non-traditional methods like demonstrating internal employee connections and niche communities.

You have...


  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of sourcing experience for design and marketing roles, with a high-touch approach and strong relationship management
  • Proven track record in developing and nurturing relationships with hard-to-reach talent pools.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse, and sourcing tools (Gem and SeekOut).
  • Well-versed in Boolean search techniques and CRM re-engagement, with a talent for identifying strong portfolios
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and iterating on sourcing strategies as business needs evolve.

  • Expertise in design and marketing talent mapping, with the ability to derive and present insights to influence sourcing plans.
  • A data-driven approach that balances speed and precision in candidate engagement.
  • Experience as a recruiter within a staffing agency or start-up environment.
  • A long-running Duolingo streak (bonus points 😄).
