About the role


We’re looking for a Technical Sourcer to partner closely with our industry-leading recruiting team, driving both outbound and referral talent efforts. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of identifying, engaging, and inspiring top engineering talent to join our mission.

You will...


  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies for high-volume technical roles, with a key focus on mobile and software engineering.
  • Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier technical talent using a mix of outbound sourcing and CRM re-engagement
  • Attend intake meetings to deeply understand each role’s requirements, especially nuances between iOS vs. Android engineers and program language preferences
  • Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate technical alignment and share calibrated recommendations with the hiring manager.
  • Own the creation of market maps and talent intelligence reports that provide total addressable market (TAM) insights, inform sourcing strategies, and help prioritize pipeline efforts.
  • Run A/B tests on outreach strategies and continuously iterate to improve candidate funnel performance.
  • Balance speed and precision, contacting to volume at scale without sacrificing personalization or quality of engagement.

You have...


  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of sourcing experience with a focus on high-volume outbound support for engineering roles
  • Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with diverse and hard-to-reach talent pools.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse,, and sourcing tools ( Gem, and SeekOut).
  • Fluent in Boolean logic and skilled in CRM re-engagement searches to unlock value from talent communities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and iterating on sourcing strategies as business needs evolve.

  • Expertise in engineering talent mapping, with the ability to derive and present insights to influence sourcing plans.
