Come brighten your life and over half a billion more!We’re looking for an Activations Sourcer to drive strategic recruiting activation events, programs, and campaigns to spark interest, engage diverse talent, and fuel our hiring pipeline across all verticals.

You Will...


  • Own the end-to-end management and execution of industry recruiting activations from high-impact events and conferences to internal referral drives, sourcing programs (e.g., coffee chats), and more.
  • Design, pilot, and scale activation strategies that spark interest, boost brand visibility, and deepen our reach into talent communities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of talent sourced through activation events, ensuring seamless transitions from initial engagement to interview stages.
  • Build market maps and share total addressable market (TAM) insights to shape activation strategies across teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiters, the People Team, and business stakeholders to align recruiting activations with broader team goals.
  • Use data storytelling to evaluate the success of activations and drive continuous improvement in sourcing program design.

You Have...


  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of high-volume sourcing experience, ideally with a mix of traditional outbound and programmatic recruiting initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and driving talent engagement activations, including virtual and in-person events.
  • Proven project management skills; comfortable working across multiple partners and verticals.
  • Experience sourcing and nurturing relationships with diverse talent, especially through CRM tools and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms like Greenhouse, Gem, and SeekOut
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong data fluency; comfortable analyzing sourcing funnels, program performance, and market data to influence decisions.

Exceptional Candidates Will Have...


  • Prior experience owning large-scale recruiting events, conferences, or sourcing campaigns in startup or tech environments.
  • A creative and data-driven approach to engagement that blends storytelling with sourcing metrics.
  • A background in talent marketing or employer brand collaboration.
  • Experience managing or building CRM re-engagement programs.
  • A long-running Duolingo streak doesn’t hurt either 😉

Location Note:


While this is a remote role, we strongly prefer candidates located in Pittsburgh, PA, or New York, NY, to facilitate occasional in-person collaboration and alignment with our office.
