The impact you will have:
As the People Analytics and Operations Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional employee experience for Elliptites throughout their journey with us. You will combine aspects of both human resources (HR) analytics and people operations to drive improvements, deliver end to end employee lifecycle activities and provide data driven insights to inform decision-making.
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Gathering and analysing data from various HR systems and sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee performance, engagement, turnover, and other key HR/people metrics.
- Creating reports, dashboards, and visualisations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of employee information and track changes in the relevant HR systems.
- Ensure documentation compliance with GDPR, including handling document retention and deletion.
Onboarding and Offboarding
- Create a positive new hire experience by coordinating employee onboarding, facilitating orientation and serving as the liaison to new Elliptites throughout the onboarding process.
- Oversee the offboarding process for departing employees, handling terminations, distributing exit information, and conducting exit interviews
- Support recruiting efforts as needed with coordination of recruiting events and candidate interviews.
Pay and Benefits Administration
- Administer employee benefits, ensure payroll accuracy with respect to employee deductions and benefits contributions.
- Record any pension and payroll changes accurately for month-end processing.
- Support with maternity risk assessments and coordinate family leave tracking.
Employee Engagement and Communication
- Assist with planning and coordination of celebrations & culture events and executing employee perks programs.
- Support with coordination of employee recognition initiatives such as CVO awards and manage internal communications related to these events.
- Supporting employees across the organisation in a range of People issues by being the People team’s first point of contact (People Inbox)
- Creating employee lifecycle communications, such as letters outlining promotions and pay rises, and references
Technology and Platform Management
- Handle access and permissions within company platforms including BambooHR, Adobe, Trinet, and others as needed.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring employee applications for incentives are tracked and processed such as Vitality, Spill, Vero, and CapDesk etc.
Additional Duties
- Assist the finance team with invoice management and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain the People Ops Playbook, documenting HR processes to streamline operations.

- Have a strong ability to analyse data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions using googlesheet or excel and PowerBI.
- Are proficient in using data management tools and techniques.
- Ability to communicate data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity and discretion.
- Are familiar with HR information systems and can maximise its functionality to deliver efficiencies in people processes.
- Are good at figuring out processes to get things done, and know how to organise people and activities.
- Are customer centric with a commitment to understanding the needs of our internal customers, and offering solutions to their challenges.
- Have experience coordinating HR related activities in a similar industry.
- Have the ability to support and manage projects related to people analytics and operations.
