We’re looking for a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner licensed in Indiana. Bonus points (and priority scheduling) if you also hold an active license in CA, TX, VA, OH, MO, or FL.This is a 1099 contractor role — you pick your schedule, just commit to at least two full weekdays and 24 hours per week minimum. Want more? We’ve got the patient volume to keep you busy every day if that’s your thing.
What You’ll Do:
- See members remotely via telehealth
- Complete care gap closure visits and wellness exams
- Handle Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well Child Visits
- Use your working knowledge of:
- HEDIS
- Risk Adjustment
- STARs
- HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) coding
- ICD-10 + CPT II coding
- Medicare/Medicaid
What You’ll Need:
- Active NP license in Indiana
- At least 1 year of experience in Internal or Family Medicine
- Experience completing Medicare Annual Wellness Visits
- Experience with Well Child Visits
- Bonus if you’re licensed in any combo of CA, TX, VA, OH, MO, FL
What You’ll Make:
- $600 to $720 per day, depending on how efficient you are
- Paid $75 to $90 per completed visit
- Visit length ranges from 15 to 45 minutes
