Mit rund 550 Mitarbeitern in den USA, Brasilien, Kanada, Frankreich, Deutschland, Portugal, der Schweiz und dem Vereinigten Königreich suchen wir einen Account Manager EMEA Central (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres wachsenden globalen Teams.Der Account Manager EMEA Central (m/w/d) berichtet direkt an unseren Director of Sales, EMEA Central und wird eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Vertragsverlängerung und dem Cross-Selling bestehender Accounts für 1WorldSync spielen.Als Account Manager EMEA Central (m/w/d) bei 1WorldSync hast  du unter anderem folgende Aufgaben:

  • Zuständig für das Bestandskundenmanagement mit Fokus auf Kundenbindung und Retention im SaaS-Umfeld in den Branchen FMCG und Travel Retail
  • Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung vorhandener Vertriebsstrategien
  • Identifikation von Cross-Selling-Potenzialen im 1WorldSync-Portfolio zur Generierung von Wachstum in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Account Executive
  • Durchsetzen von Preisanpassungen bei Bestandskunden
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit für bestmöglichen Kundennutzen (z. B. Produktmanagement, Professional Services und Marketing)

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen:

  • Mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb und/oder in der Beratung im FMCG-Umfeld und ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Identifizierung und Entwicklung neuer Geschäfte mit bestehenden Kunden
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

With approximately 550 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we’re seeking an Account Manager EMEA Central to support our growing global team.Reporting directly to our Director of Sales, EMEA Central, the Account Manager EMEA Central will play a key role in contract renewals and cross-selling to existing accounts for 1WorldSync.As Account Manager EMEA Central at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:

  • Responsible for existing customer management with a focus on customer loyalty and retention in the SaaS environment in the FMCG and Travel Retail sectors
  • Implementation and further development of existing sales strategies
  • Identify of cross-selling opportunities in the 1WorldSync portfolio to generate growth in close collaboration with the Account Executive
  • Enforce price adjustments for existing customers
  • Cross-departmental collaboration for the best possible customer benefit (e.g. Product Management, Professional Services)

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years  experience in B2B sales and/or consulting in the FMCG environment and strong skills in identifying and developing new business potentials with existing customers
  • Very good German and English language skills
