Trueline is seeking a Field Operations Superintendent to join their team in the DC/Baltimore metro area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a skilled workforce while ensuring operational excellence.

What You'll Do as the Field Operations Superintendent:


  • Spearhead daily field operations, overseeing HVAC technicians, pipefitters, welders, and apprentices
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate project execution, resource allocation, and quality control measures
  • Serve as a key liaison between field teams, management, and clients
  • Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and performance management

Must-Haves as the Field Operations Superintendent:


  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical/HVAC industry, including leadership roles
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Extensive knowledge of HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems
  • Proven track record in managing field personnel and implementing safety programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between job sites

Nice-To-Haves as the Field Operations Superintendent:


  • Additional safety certifications (e.g., First Aid/CPR, NFPA 70E)
  • Supervisor Certification
  • CFC Refrigerant Certification
  • Maryland HVAC Journeyman or Master License
  • ASME B31.1 or B31.3 Welding Certification
  • PMP or Construction Management Certification
