Despite being spread remotely across the country, we promote a team-first mentality in a remote-first and flexible environment so you can do your best work anywhere regardless of your location.About the RoleWe’re looking for an easy going, experienced QA analyst who can contribute in a fast-paced Agile environment. This individual will need to be able to work independently, so must be self-motivated, responsible and highly adaptable with an eye for detail.   The CoreHealth QA team is responsible for testing any and all components of the CoreHealth platform including updates to existing functionality, new functionality, bug fixes, and 3-rd party integrations.They work closely with the development team and other departments during the testing phase, document and report any issues and/or change requests to the development team through the JIRA reporting system, and maintain our test cases in TestRail.    Responsibilities

  • Testing all new software components and verifying functionality, content and responsiveness  
  • Documentation and providing feedback on the testing cycles
  • Creating test plans forenhancements andlarger issues
  • Regression testing prior to each new release as well as manage the regression testing process
  • Creating and maintaining regression test plans and documents 
  • Report bugs/change requests through the JIRA reporting system 
  • Testing integrations with 3-rdparty providers
  • Instructing other CoreHealth employees on how to use new features

Qualifications and Skills

  • Knowledge/familiarity with various testing methods including agile, exploratory is a plus
  • Knowledge/experience with load and automated testing is a plus

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, andJavaScript
  • Experience with virtual machines and mobile testing tools
  • Experience with both iOS and Android platforms for mobile development 
  • Experienced with writing software test plans and documenting procedures or similar types of documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Creative thinker that’s able to think outside the box and sleuth out obscure issues/bugs
