Responsibilities


  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations across supported solution sets and contribute to scripting, enhancements, and best practice recommendations.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of products, industry trends, and business processes to develop tailored solutions that address the needs of prospective clients.
  • Understand client business challenges and present product solutions with confidence, addressing inquiries clearly and effectively.
  • Provide sales teams with relevant product content and insights for client proposals, utilizing internal tools and resources to support their efforts.
  • Respond to RFPs and support the sales process with well-crafted, solution-oriented product responses.
  • Analyze existing client systems and user requirements to design, recommend, and implement impactful system enhancements that drive business value.
  • Take ownership of product-related challenges during the sales process, proactively working toward resolution.
  • Collaborate on the implementation of product enhancements aimed at improving operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Support ongoing client relationship management by gathering requirements and helping design effective software enhancements.
  • Contribute to the preparation, design, and delivery of specifications that drive meaningful improvements to client business workflows.
  • Assist in quality assurance processes to ensure that product enhancements align with client expectations and meet high standards.

Required Experience


  • 5+ years of experience in product management, design, or development within Capital Markets.
  • 3+ years of domain expertise in Securities Finance, Securities Lending, Repo, or Collateral Management.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business processes and propose targeted improvements.
  • An excellent ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Solid understanding of software systems, applications, and development life cycles.
  • Effective in supporting project planning, coordination, and delivery management.
  • Skilled in managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
