With decades of success in international transportation, this growing company is led by Logistics Sales Executive, who is building out the U.S. team from the ground up.About the Role:We’re seeking a Lead Generator to support business development efforts by identifying and initiating contact with potential clients.
You’ll be the first point of contact for businesses that may need logistics and transportation services—primarily through cold calls and online research.This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in sales or logistics and who thrives in a fast-paced, independent environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 40–50 cold calls per day to companies that may require semi-truck transportation (e.g., packaged goods, auto parts, lumber, etc.)
- Research target companies via Google and other methods
- Identify key contacts, gather phone numbers/emails, and build lead lists
- Assist with email outreach and messaging
- Maintain accurate lead records in proprietary CRM (Zoho)
- Collaborate directly with Logistic Sales Executive, who will provide hands-on training during your first 2 weeks
What We’re Looking For:Must-Haves:
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Trainable with a great attitude and willingness to learn
- College students or recent grads interested in logistics or sales OR individuals with hospitality/customer service experience
- Professional and presentable demeanor
Nice-to-Haves:
- Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus!
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Zoho
