You will own the product roadmap and collaborate across engineering, design, and operations to build impactful products.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and deeply values meaningful work.Key Responsibilities:• Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for both new and existing product lines• Lead and mentor a small team of product managers while remaining hands-on in product development• Partner closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, operations, and client services—to deliver high-quality solutions• Use qualitative and quantitative data to define priorities, inform product decisions, and measure success• Launch and iterate on new features quickly to drive engagement and operational efficiency• Translate complex business and user needs into clear, actionable product requirements• Communicate product vision, decisions, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders• Ensure product initiatives align with quarterly OKRs and deliver measurable business outcomesRequired Education/Experience:• 3–5 years of experience in product management, with at least 1–2 years leading other PMs• Demonstrated success building products from scratch and growing adoption• Proven experience driving B2C product strategies, with working knowledge of B2B environments and a strong focus on customer and business outcomes.• Data-savvy and comfortable making decisions based on both qualitative and quantitative input• Proven ability to manage technical complexity and work effectively with engineers• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity• Highly organized, proactive, and focused on outcomes• A bias toward action—you move fast, prioritize well, and execute with urgency• Passion for SafeRide’s mission and a desire to improve healthcare accessPreferred Qualifications:• Experience in healthcare, logistics, or transportation• Familiarity with APIs, AI, or other technical infrastructure• Prior work in a startup or high-growth environment• Based in San Antonio, Texas or the San Francisco Bay Area.Why Join SafeRide Health?• Mission-Driven Impact – Make a tangible difference in patients’ lives• Collaborative Culture – Join a passionate, innovative, and values-oriented team• Career Growth – Take ownership and drive real change across the organization• Remote Flexibility – Work from anywhere in the U.S.Our Benefits• Competitive compensation package• 401(k) with employer match• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance• Generous paid time off, including vacation and wellness days• Paid parental leave• Home office stipendIf you’re ready to create meaningful solutions and thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, we want to hear from you.
