Created in 2008, we have +200 Enterprise Clients and deliver solutions across the globe (+100 countries).Location: Redwood City, hybrid – 3 days per week in the office.Your RoleAs a lead Engineer AI you will:

  • Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap with a strong focus on AI and innovation.
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Drive AI and machine learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and executive teams to translate vision into scalable technology.
  • Ensure best practices in software development, security, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and technologies, positioning the company as an industry leader.

What You Bring

  • 3-7 years of experience in software development, AI, or technical leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in AI, machine learning, and cloud-based architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS/GCP, and DevOps practices.
  • Proven ability to scale engineering teams and lead product-driven technology initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
