Created in 2008, we have +200 Enterprise Clients and deliver solutions across the globe (+100 countries).RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Alliance Manager to lead our partner-driven sales initiatives and accelerate lead generation. This role is primarily focused on executing joint go-to-market strategies, co-managing partner-sourced deals, and fostering strategic relationships with key partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building partnerships, and has a strong track record of driving revenue through alliances.The position is based in Redwood City (USA) and offers a hybrid work arrangement (3 days per week in the office).Key Responsibilities:·   Build & Strengthen Strategic Partnershipso   Establish and nurture strong relationships with partner decision-makers at C-suite & VP levels.o   Uncover partner organizational structures and key sales/alliance/GTM champions.o   Connect regional partner teams with our AEs to drive collaboration and local engagement.o   Ensure ongoing momentum with regular touchpoints and strategic alignment across both organizations.o   Support executive-level engagement between our CPO/CEO and partner executive leadership.·   Develop & Execute Joint Go-to-Market Strategieso   Identify target markets and ideal customer profiles (ICP) in collaboration with partners, define joint revenue goals per target marketso   Develop and document detailed strategic Partner Sales planso   Define joint-value propositions benefiting both end customers and partner sales teams & organization.o   Launch and manage marketing campaigns to promote SightCall within partners’ organization and externally, create and circulate sales enablement tools, organize and promote events &webinars.o   Track success metrics and continuously optimize strategy for better performance.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management, highlighting sales activities, achievements, and challenges and provide regular updates and reports to senior management ·   Accelerate Partner-Sourced Dealso   Work closely with internal AEs and partner sales organizations to drive pipeline growth.o   Fast-track deal progression, support pricing strategies, and help terms/legal negotiations.o   Remove internal hurdles within partner organizations to streamline deal closures.o   Develop incentive programs and celebrate successful deal closures.Qualifications & Skills:·       Minimum 3 years of experience in alliance management, channel sales, or business development.·       Strong understanding of B2B sales, SaaS partnerships, and joint go-to-market strategies.
