Symbl is democratizing conversational tech to make collaboration effortless at scale. Amazon, venture, and Techstars'19 backed, we created a new category of conversational tech infrastructure - contextual voice and text analytics applied to human conversations such as those found in your typical sales, meeting, support, education, or other business conversation. We empower developers and businesses to deploy conversation intelligence at scale without the need for upfront training, wake words, or building custom classifiers. Our comprehensive suite of APIs unlocks proprietary machine learning algorithms that can ingest any form of conversation data to identify actionable insights across domains and channels (voice, email, chat, social) in real-time. Other capabilities include - real-time transcription, speaker identification, contextual topics, action items, follow-ups, questions, sentiments, entities, intents. API interface extends across - Websocket, Telephony, Asynchronous Voice, Video, and Text Channels. Whether the highest priority is accessing full transcriptions, automating follow-ups, or the intelligence found in between, Symbl empowers businesses to keep pace with all conversations.
