Bombora is growing and we need you to help us succeed!As our Director, Product Marketing you will lead go-to-market strategies for our products and services. This role is instrumental in all facets of marketing, advertising and sales enablement. You will work cross-functionally, at all levels of the organization including sales, strategy, product management, marketing, and other stakeholders to develop product positioning, competitive differentiation, sales enablement content, and acquisition strategies that drive adoption and boost revenue. 

You will…


  • Be an expert on our buyers, users, and competition to inform marketing and sales strategy, and product development - market research
  • Be well-versed in the workings of the digital/programmatic advertising ecosystem
  • Develop innovative sales tools and enablement strategies, enriching sales efficiency and deepening product understanding. Establish a feedback loop between product, marketing, and sales to translate market feedback into actionable insights 
  • Have ongoing communication with internal stakeholders and customers about product updates, product launches, new use cases, etc. Communication will occur with all levels of the organization, from executives to customer-facing employees
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
  • Develop clear and compelling value propositions for our enterprise intent data product and create messaging and content that effectively communicates the benefits of our products to target audiences
  • Collaborate with the product management team to define and execute go-to-market plans, including product launches and updates
  • Work closely with sales teams to enable them with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell our solutions

You have…


  • 7+ years of relevant Product Marketing experience, preferably within DaaS/Adtech/Martech or related industries
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or communication or relevant experience
  • Produced marketing collateral, such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and web content, to educate customers and prospects on the benefits of our offerings
  • The ability to think critically and be data-driven to solve problems
  •  A strong attention to detail, and an eye for quality while managing multiple competing priorities
  • Enjoyed being a team player, easy to work with, and willing to lend a hand to others when needed
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with colleagues, management, and customers

Compensation Package


  • The salary range for this position is $135,000.00 to $185,000.00 base/variable inclusive. Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
