Crew Member Responsibilities:
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service, including greeting, answering questions, and processing orders
- Handling cash transactions accurately and maintaining proper change levels
- Performing barista and food preparation duties as needed
- Maintaining cleanliness, stocking, and organization of work areas
- Participating in daily side-work tasks and upholding uniform standard
