What You’ll Do:
As a Member Manager, you will report to the Sr. Director Member Management, you will be an integral part of delivering Procure Analytics’ Member (customer) experience and an accelerator to the company’s revenue realization. You will skillfully interact with the growing number of Members to manage their experience from onboarding through renewal and growth, by ensuring a high service level that results in consistent satisfaction. You will be responsible for ensuring that PA delivers on our win-win-win solutions that drive total cost reduction for our Members and expand opportunities for our Suppliers.
By navigating between Members and suppliers, you’ll ensure Members achieve the value they expect from Procure Analytics services, while ensuring suppliers receive the projected spend from Procure Analytics Members.· Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned Member accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity to expand the PA program· Interact with PA supplier partners as needed on behalf of Member (customer) to resolve service quality and other issues· Monitor and analyze member account metrics to improve member experience and value realization· Review member service challenges and help identify trends to make long-term improvements to the member experience· Act as a SME on packaging materials, packaging design, packaging testing / performance for all active Packaging Member Accounts. · As the Member POC, providing day-to-day support for all assigned account, including but not to holding regular update calls, providing spend/savings reports, providing packaging market POV’s, holding business reviews and resolving supplier related issues.· Deliver ongoing reporting and projects to demonstrate PA’s value to the Member Year over Year· Conduct frequent audits (on-site / off-site) of the packaging requirements for Member accounts.· Optimize the packaging requirements for Member Accounts with the goal of providing value in terms of cost, efficiency, and labor reduction. • Look for additional sourcing / growth opportunities within Member accounts. · Support the maintenance of our specification database. · Deepen your knowledge in packaging material categories to ensure PA’s breadth of coverage stays broad.· Attend trade shows / keep up to date with Packaging publication to continuously understand trends in the packaging market. RequirementsWe are seeking, a bright, driven, and energetic candidate with strong account management and communication skills. Excellent presentation skills, analytical skills, and focus on customer service are a must. Candidate is expected to work independently with limited direction from leadership.· Must be results-oriented while paying close attention to detail. · 3+ years of experience in account management or customer success position· 3+ years of experience in Packaging · Experience working in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Procurement preferred· Exposure to both corporate and site operations in a manufacturing organization· Experience developing, deploying, and driving compliance to purchasing strategies in Procurement, Operations, Engineering or Finance roles (or applicable consulting engagements)· Demonstrated results of creating loyal customers by delivering exceptional service· Stellar communicator with ability to foster positive business relationships· College degree, required. A graduate degree in Business Administration or manufacturing-related disciplines is a decided plus. · Knowledge of various forms of packaging and the packaging supply landscape· Understanding of the cost relationship between the various packaging materials. · Self-starter constantly seeking new projects.· Strong ownership and superb organizational skills· Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must. · Demonstrates prioritization and planning skills.· Ability to handle multiple project responsibilities at once.
