Procurement Advisors LLC (PA) is an Atlanta-based procurement consulting group that specializes in the sourcing of maintenance, repair, and operating (MRO) supplies, direct material/OEM supplies, and corrugated materials to more than 150 private equity-affiliated national companies in over 5000 locations. As the fastest growing entity in its sector with sales to member companies growing more than 4500 percent in 4+ years and forecasted sales in excess of $230 million in 2015, PA continuously leverages its growth and scale to meet the expectations of its participating companies with a network of national vendors. Majority owned by Vestar Capital Partners, PA services companies that are affiliated with a broad spectrum of private equity sponsors including Blackstone, KKR, Welsh Carson, CD&R, Bain, Vestar, Onex, as well as several independent companies and includes in its portfolio a broad spectrum of companies in multiple sectors. Procurement Advisors is a joint partnership with Vestar Capital Partners and grew out of an idea in 2009 to initially support MRO sourcing exclusively for Vestar portfolio companies. PA has three primary MRO contracts that cover the full-spectrum of traditional MRO requirements - W.W. Grainger (WWG), Applied Industrial Technologies (AIT), and SupplyForce (SF) With no fees charged to any participating companies, PA offers an industry-unique value proposition to its participants that starts with great pricing and then goes well beyond to provide a suite of value-added programs to offer a comprehensive solution set for your MRO needs.
