The Opportunity
- Meet or beat organic growth objectives through compliance, new opportunity conversion, and member retention.
- Take ownership of member portfolio, prioritizing high-impact value-add initiatives.
- Explore and develop additional opportunities across PA offerings (MRO, services, packaging, freight, AMICUS, DSSI, etc.).
- Manage implementation of new programs for existing members by leading onboarding, executing implementations effectively, monitoring spending, communicating value, and coordinating with suppliers on action items and milestones.
- Establish strong relationships with members by communicating effectively with stakeholders, responding promptly to resolve conflicts, building cross-department relationships, ensuring compliance, conducting business reviews with clear deliverables, and enhancing member experience through excellent service and value maximization.
- Partner effectively with suppliers through open communication, goal alignment, and trust building while negotiating effectively for members and ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Keep leadership informed of high-profile activities.
- Resolve issues effectively by partnering with leadership to analyze and resolve complex member issues, developing creative solutions to overcome resistance and drive growth, while coordinating with stakeholders and preparing thoroughly using available data and resources.
- Maintain administrative excellence by keeping accurate, current data across Power BI and Salesforce platforms, following established guidelines for documentation, and keeping all member records updated with complete contact information, analytics, activities, and relevant files.
- Use data effectively to identify opportunities and create value by utilizing data insights to drive growth, providing tailored recommendations, collaborating with analysts for accuracy, understanding analysis implications, and engaging members in strategic discussions to maximize program value.
Requirements
The Person
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Salesforce experience is strongly preferred
- 1+ years of experience in sourcing and procurement, sales, marketing, or consulting, is preferred
- Must demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing time commitments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others internally and externally
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint skills
