The Opportunity and Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the Director, FP&A will be responsible for all financial and analytical needs of PA.· Develop and maintain our monthly forecast using data and inputs from key stakeholders· Lead and manage the annual Budget process and ensure that we strive for realistic stretch goals· Discover and create insightful analytics across the organization to help senior management make decisions· Build and update monthly and quarterly Board level materials· Facilitate the financial modeling and financial due diligence process for the company’s M&A initiatives· Track return and performance of acquisitions and strategic initiatives in order for management to have visibility on whether we are achieving stated goals· Maintain, develop, and automate strategic KPIs for the company and its key stakeholders and leaders on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis· Develop detailed profitability metrics and resource allocation analysis to ensure that our return on investments meets stated objectives· Create and maintain our QoE financials for eventual exit scenarios· Develop the structure and framework for our exit data room to ensure that we have the right analytics and documents for an exit process· Be the key point of contact for any ad-hoc analysis across the organization· Be responsible for all presentations related to Board, Investor, or Acquisition related purposes· In charge of updating our 5-year strategic model

Skills

We are seeking bright, driven and energetic candidates with finance, strategy, and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and excellent presentation skills are a must. Candidate is expected to work independently with limited direction from leadership. Exceptional multi-tasking skills required to manage multiple customers. Must be results-oriented while paying close attention to detail.· 5-8 years of experience in corporate FP&A, with a preference of a PE-backed company· Experience in a manufacturing or consumer products company is a plus· Experience in M&A and strategy is a plus· Having been part of a PE exit process is highly desired· Bachelor’s degree is required, Graduate degree a plus· Must demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing time commitments· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills· Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills· Excellent active listening skills· Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others internally and externally· Ability to train and coach less experienced employees· Analytical thinker: ability to understand and use quantitative data to solve problems and create value· Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills a must
