Bombora is growing and we need you to help us succeed!Our Financial Analyst works with Finance, Accounting and internal functional managers to define, create and produce actionable reports and insights that Bombora uses to guide business decisions. Deliverables include annual budgeting & planning and quarterly re-forecasting as well as recurring and ad hoc dashboards, spreadsheets and slide presentations that help Bombora achieve its revenue and profitability objectives.
You will…
- Build forecasts and quarterly re-forecasts based on business inputs and targets
- Review and analyze monthly financial statements and presentation
- Aid in measuring KPIs on customer SaaS metrics, ROI and margin analysis by vendor, and other KPIs based on business objectives
- Assist with budgeting and monthly close processes and interpret findings to budget holders by analyzing actual vs plan variances
- Build and maintain a broad set of data sources, metrics, and analytical tools that are produced in intuitive and comprehensible formats
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Director, FP&A, CFO, and functional leaders to develop actionable insights from work products
- Propose new and/or improved reports that improve our ability to drive business results
You have…
- 3+ years of finance or FP&A experience, including strategic and tactical ownership
- Previous experience in SaaS, investment banking and/or a startup environment
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other business-related fields
- Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs power user
- Clear, analytical thinking that is expressed in deliverables, writing, and conversation
- A deep passion for understanding how business processes and outcomes can be analyzed and expressed in repeatable numerical and visual formats
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek clarity, feedback, and assistance

Compensation Package
- The salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00. Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
