Cashier/Customer Service - Terminal C

Job description

Position Summary:

• To maintain outstanding customer service as per the Brands standards, process sales quickly, accurately and efficiently, to be comfortable with cash register operations and safeguard company assets. Works in assigned restaurant location as determined by management.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and acknowledge every customer
• Accurately handle cash transactions, including counting the cash drawer and ensuring correct change
• Answer guest questions, perform barista and food preparation tasks as needed
• Enter orders accurately into the point-of-sale system and upsell to guests
• Bag purchases, maintain a clean check-out area, and handle payments and complaints
• Compile and submit shift paperwork and stock shelves as directed
• Assist crew members, participate in daily side-work tasks
• Maintain a spotless working environment and stay informed about airport details
• Ensure a clean, well-groomed appearance following uniform guidelines
• Perform sweeping and mopping tasks, promptly report issues to the manager
• Handle additional duties and side-work as assigned (i.e. register, coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster).

Qualifications

• Legally Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time, moderate to heavy lifting (25 lbs.)
• Ability to work scheduled hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
