About the Role
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll drive the development and implementation of processes, technology, and data strategies that will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Marketing team, and enable us to scale.This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing technology, data analysis, and process optimization, having worked with similar teams at high growth B2B software companies. The ideal candidate is someone who proactively identifies opportunities for optimization, and can balance the management of our martech stack, funnel operations, budget and performance metrics.
What You'll Do
- Own the development of our marketing operations processes, tech stack, and analytics / reporting
- Manage and track the marketing budget, ensuring all new requests are accounted for the team budget and help track ROI on key programs
- Maintain weekly and quarterly reports on team performance against goals (awareness, pipeline, ARR, conversion rates) and identify and alert team of trends throughout the quarter
- Manage and optimize our marketing lead funnel, including lead/account scoring, nurture programs, attribution and reporting
- Support and execute our email strategy, including campaign creation, audience segmentation, automation and reporting
- Create and maintain demand gen and ABX reports and dashboards for funnel performance and marketing-sourced opportunity and pipeline creation by segment, campaign, and channel
- Work closely with all teams in Marketing, Revenue Operations and Sales to drive cross-functional efficiency, ensure alignment on metrics, lead qualification logic, handoff process and funnel operations
- Pull reporting for marketing team to support QBRs
- Manage the hygiene and quality of our marketing lead database
- Proactively own process improvement while driving change and efficiencies that scale across marketing programs, systems, technologies, and reporting
- Establish documentation, templates, and training to enable marketing team members to create basic campaigns, reports, and dashboards
- Evaluate new technologies to improve and optimize marketing team performance
- Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for improvement
What You’ve Done
- 3-5 years of Marketing/Sales/Revenue Operations experience
- Advanced knowledge of Hubspot Marketing Automation, Salesforce, and 6Sense
- Experience with Clearbit, Clari, Qualified, Google Analytics, Asana preferred
- Experience with develop ROI reporting for marketing teams, managing budgets and collaborating on team goal setting
- Deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape and the ability to quickly evaluate and learn new technologies
- Data-driven with strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong track record of developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional relationships and a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects
- Maintaining visibility and reporting on Martech best practices and ensuring team is optimizing and leveraging their tools efficiently
Compensation
Specific to pay transparency laws, the salary range starts at
$110,000
and may include commission, incentive pay, incentive stock options, and benefits. The final job level and compensation will be determined by factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, years of relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, geographic location, and other business considerations.
