Current College Student to become an Office Admin Assistant with our team and help us maintain our high standards of efficiency and professionalism. This is a great opportunity to kick start your career with room for growth!

Key Responsibilities


  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, scanning, and filing documents
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and safe
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff member
  • Assist accounting department with administrative tasks
  • Assist in AR (Accounts Receivable)

Qualifications:


  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High work ethic, personal integrity, commitment to service
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Customer service and follow up
  • Experience with Microsoft Suites
  • Currently enrolled in College
  • Preferred degree path in Accounting
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish is a plus

Also specializing in the design & development, construction and operations of local brands and concepts.
