Now more than ever, companies are focused on their bottom line. Tropic’s AI-powered Intelligent Spend Management platform automates procurement to give companies like OpenAI, Notion, and Zapier maximum leverage to control costs and reduce spend.
We launched from stealth in 2020, raised $65 million in funding from tier 1 investors like Insight Partners, became a LinkedIn Top Startup, and rapidly grew to $10B+ in spend under management for our customers. Now is the perfect time to join. The best is yet to come! 🌴🚀

About the Role
We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant responsible for ensuring customers are set up for long-term success with the Tropic platform to help them put an end to inefficient spend. This person will be the first stop for a new customer post-sale and the path to continued value realization for existing customers post-renewal. Their main goals will be to lead with best practices to drive swift time-to-value, execute on implementation project plans, and provide consultative guidance on how to operationalize purchasing workflows for our customers. You will report to the Head of Implementation Consulting and partner with key stakeholders at our customer’s organizations including Finance, IT, Compliance, Legal and Operational leaders.

We’re growing fast, and we hope you have creative ideas to strengthen our team and company as we level the playing field with unbiased supplier data and an incredible platform and data product.
